Overview game data

Skill game data

Soaring Plume:

• At 1★–2★: When battle starts, Ling summons a Skyscraper and stands atop it, restoring 20 Mana every 0.5s. Upon reaching full Mana, he charges to the area with the most enemies, dealing ‹scaled 1.35/1.45› Physical DMG in a small area (DMG decreases with the number of enemies hit) and summons the Skyscraper at a new location. If Ling has no allies, he charges directly to the area with the most enemies to cast Tempest of Blades, dealing ‹scaled 3.4/3.8› Physical DMG in a medium area (DMG decreases with the number of enemies hit). His skill then changes to: Charge and pierce the current enemy, dealing ‹scaled› Physical DMG. Passive: Ling cannot use Basic ATKs and takes no DMG while on the Skyscraper. At 3-Star, he also casts Tempest of Blades when charging from the Skyscraper to attack. If he lands with no allies, his skill changes to Tempest of Blades.
• At 3★: When battle starts, Ling summons a Skyscraper and stands atop it, restoring 20 Mana every 0.5s. Upon reaching full Mana, he charges to the area with the most enemies, dealing ‹scaled 2.05› Physical DMG in a small area and summoning the Skyscraper at a new position. He also casts Tempest of Blades to deal ‹scaled 4.25› Physical DMG to enemies in a medium area (DMG decreases with the number of enemies hit). If Ling has no allies, he charges directly to the area with the most enemies to cast Tempest of Blades, dealing ‹scaled 11.05› Physical DMG in a medium area (DMG decreases with the number of enemies hit). Passive: Ling cannot use Basic ATKs and takes no DMG while on the Skyscraper.
